Review: FREE Blockbuster DVD rental

I first tried this offer during xmas, so to see if it is still just as hot, I got my good friend Jeremy to give it a try and here are the results from Jeremy.

I just recently finished my FREE Blockbuster DVD rental and it was pretty cool. I was a bit worried at first as I heard they had slow delivery times and a crappy movie selection. Well to be honest I wasn't worried at all. This was free, so I could care less if it was good or bad. Surprisingly this turned out to be one great service. I have never been a fan of the Blockbuster physical outlets, and I still don't go there, but the online version of Blockbuster is a whole heap better.

You Just sign up online, pick some DVDs and they ship them to your door. If you are lazy like me, you can just ship them right back when you are done (or you can return/swap them at a local Blockbuster). They provide the envelope to ship the DVDs back, and yes it is also FREE. Everything is covered from both ends, which is what I like.

2) DVDs are delivered direct to and from your door for FREE
3) All this free for 2 weeks
4) Watch all of your favorite movies without having to leave the house

To sum it up, here is why the offer really rocks:

My verdict of the FREE trial:
Well, generally I don't go down to Blockbuster all that often. However, This offer is very cool. The DVDs arrive fast, and the huge online selection has so many more titles than you would ever find in a Blockbuster store. Unfortunately my FREE trial is over, but I'll be sticking around.

Now I just need to find a free beer trial and all will be perfect!!!

Comments and Opinions

Blockbuster.com online seems to have much bigger range than the store. I just went and signed up and found some rare titles. Do they get these out all in the same time? Where do they stock them all
